With ccE Voice, captioning time can be greatly reduced, saving you time and money.  International Computers maintains its commitment to provide State-of-the-Art Technology that is user friendly and cost effective[home]

ccE Voice Makes Captioning Easy and Cost Effective

ccE Voice is an external broadcast quality device and comes with Window's based software. Once the hardware and software are installed and a 30 minute training session is completed, full captioning capabilities are in place. Users speak into the microphone and ccE Voice transcribes the spoken text into closed captions. ccE Voice supports adding captions to live broadcasts, where spoken text is displayed immediately as captions. ccE Voice also allows captions to be added to existing videotapes from scripts created using voice recognition.  [top] [home]

ccE Voice's Exclusive Technology and Features

ccE Voice Complies with Legal Standards and Requirements
Your legal council can advise you of the many legal requirements you have, but ccE Voice is specifically designed to meet and exceed these captioning requirements.  ccE Voice offers complete compliance to ADA/FCC captioning regulations, addresses the Telecommunications Act, and supports the latest SAPI/EIA608 standards.
[Specific text on the Telecommunications Act of 96 is available on the FCC's website at http://www.fcc.gov.  ADA related issues are also very complex and many organizations have specific individual(s) assigned to this task.  The Americans with Disabilities Act website is part of the US Department of Justice web server at http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/ada/adahom1.htm.  A common oversight has been for schools not to realize they are formally classified as Local Government. As such, they must comply with these additional requirements.]  [top] [home]
